Price

Prices are stated in our price list. The price list is only valid on the day the list was printed. All prices exclude VAT and transport packaging costs, FCA (Incoterms 1990) Sundbyberg, Sweden. Our prices may at any moment be changed without any prior notice. All prices in SEK if not else stated. Price lists and quotations may be based on a stated exchange rate for different currencies. Exchange rate changes on the date of the delivery exceeding 2% will immediately affect the invoiced price with 80% of the change.

Delivery

All deliveries FCA (Incoterms 1990), Sundbyberg, Sweden. All freights with cost invoiced by our company are always insured until delivered and signed by the customer or its partner. Partial deliveries may be done if
necessary.

Freight and packaging

Freight and packaging is charged according to current cost at the time of the delivery. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Payment

Payment is pre-payment or 30 days net. Payment must be available in our account at the agreed date. Credit is only allowed to customers after our approval. Payments after due date will be charged with interest rate from due date and also reminder fees according to Swedish law.

Dimensions and technical specifications

All dimensions and other technical specifications in catalogues, data sheets and web pages distributed by Lilla Fabriken are approximate. Such details may be changed at any time. Dimensions and other parts of specifications are valid only with an agreement between Lilla Fabriken and a customer.

Guarantee

Lilla Fabriken warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year* from the date of the original purchase. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair, at its option and its designated site, any such product that is returned to Lilla Fabriken in LF-Approved packaging with a LF-assigned RMA number reference on the shipping document.
* Some of our manufacturers extend this warranty beyond 12 months.

Return of Materials

Return of goods not complying with the order must be returned within 14 days after the day of delivery. Lilla Fabriken will credit the returned goods and the cost of freight for the return after approval of the returned goods and the cause of return. The return of goods with damages caused by the customer, or damaged or missing original packages will be subject to reduced amount of credit to meet costs caused. A Return Material
Authorisation (RMA) Number issued by Lilla Fabriken must accompany any returns. The cost of return freight must be pre-paid by the customer. If returned products are repaired or replaced under warranty Lilla Fabriken shall pay return transportation charges.
